About the Opportunity

If you are adaptable and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, we want you to join the Solutions team. This team works globally, handling all technical aspects of the business and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clearly communicate the benefits and values of their solutions to clients, partners, and internal teams.
2. Collaborate with clients, partners, and product teams to define technical and business requirements for complex deployments involving integration with our SDK and APIs.
3. Contribute to technical sales proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
4. Create and communicate detailed documentation, such as statements of work, integration plans, and success criteria, to ensure successful business delivery.
5. Identify gaps in our offerings and contribute to the growth of our partner network to address these gaps.
6. Stay on top of trends in the transit and payments industries, contributing to ideas for product innovation.
Requirements
1. At least 5 years of relevant experience after completing a degree in computing science, software engineering, business and IT, or a related field.
2. Experience in retail or high transactional payments (essential).
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales technical role, management consultancy, or similar capacity, ideally within the transport or payments industries.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead an independent workstream while contributing to team objectives.
6. Experience responding to bids and tenders as part of formal procurement processes.
7. Ability to assist technical stakeholders with integrating APIs and SDKs, with a solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
8. Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt, learn, overcome challenges, and drive impact.
9. Proven experience analyzing customer requirements and developing optimal solutions for stakeholders.
10. Familiarity with SaaS, API-driven technologies, and third-party integrations.
