This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top 100 law firm based in Wakefield. We are looking to hire a Case Resolution Executive in our Case Resolution Team.

Your day-to-day
Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of client-related financial instructions, guaranteeing that SRA Accounts Rules are complied with, and the required SLAs are met.
1. Processing & completing finance transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Processing payments to customers throughout their claim in line with regulatory requirements and SLA’s
3. Processing costs and disbursement payments in line with relevant instructions
4. Financial procedures relating to reconciliation and payment activity.
5. Electronic data inputting and data reconciliation.
6. Archiving, scanning, photocopying.
7. Data interrogation, numeracy reconciliation and ability to use Microsoft Office.
You should apply if you:
8. have experience of working in a high volume and delivery focused finance environment.
9. are highly organised and able to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
10. possess the ability to prioritise and plan with excellent time management skills.
11. have excellent attention to detail.
12. have good Microsoft skills, including word and excel.
Even better if you:
13. understand SRA accounts rules, ideally within a legal environment.
14. have previous experience of working with Proclaim operating systems, or another similar Finance IT system.
15. are robust - able to deal with changing circumstances and challenging situations whilst still achieving objectives.
