This role will be the leader of a small team of Training & Competence supervisors and analysts, each covering several locations across the UK, delivering the Training & Competence Scheme to our Investment Managers.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Regular assessment of our Investment Managers to ensure they maintain competence in all key areas.
* Supervising new and existing Investment Managers as required, potentially expanding to Financial Planners in the future.
* Identifying areas of improvement, coaching and development, setting in place and monitoring Development Plans.
* Contributing to the annual Certification process

What we’re looking for
* Holds CISI level 4 (IAD) or higher.
* Significant experience within financial services.
* Experience of Training and Competence within Investment Management/Wealth Management.
* Supervisory experience.
* Passion for getting the best out of people.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Organised, efficient and able to use initiative and drive improvements.
* Ability and willingness to travel across the UK when required.
We would also welcome applicants who have:
* CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
* At least 6 months financial advisory experience
