About the Role:
You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our team. Using scheduling software, the scheduler will be managing the day to day balancing and allocation of jobs as required. Assigning critical jobs quickly to achieve strict service level agreements and following them through to completion. Responsible for ensuring all mandatory work for the following day is imported and distributed nationally into a schedule, that technicians can deliver efficiently using scheduling software and ensuring KPI targets are achieved. Each day is different so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
2. Assign critical jobs to field technicians efficiently using scheduling software and following them through to completion in line with SLA.
3. Technician availability is managed through regular communication with Regional Team Managers.
4. Ensure all mandatory jobs are assigned and allocated to technicians on that day through periodic checks.
5. Quality checks to ensure that our scheduling software matches our front-end system.
6. Monitor a dedicated inbox to action operational requests.
7. Support an inbound technician helpline, resolving queries as required.
8. Problem solving and decision making in a fast-paced environment across a wide range of subjects.
9. Resilient to changes in process as required to improve accuracy and efficiency in business practices.
10. Ensure all mandatory and KPI work is imported and distributed efficiently into a schedule nationally using scheduling software and periodic checks.
