Our Client is looking for a Business Development Manager covering Windsor and Maidenhead Borough as well as around London. To be a success you need to bring energy and be passionate about developing relationships and being customer facing, to provide a top-tier service.
They're expanding significantly, with solutions in 89 countries, so this is an exciting opportunity for someone to really make the role their own.
You will be collaborating with a diverse range of clients to provide tailored payroll solutions, ensuring partners have the resources and support needed to seamlessly succeed with UK and overseas projects. There is a strong focus on making a positive impact and getting it right the first time therefore strong and open communication skills is key.
Responsibilities
* Identify partnership opportunities and driving revenue growth
* Develop new relationships in an effort to further expand internationally
* Maintain existing business and enhance solutions
* Think critically when planning to assure project success
Key requirements
* Have an understanding of tax regulations, payroll processing or compliance
* Providing clients and customers accurate information
* 2 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in payroll and recruitment background would advantageous.
* Able to commute onsite for client meetings around the south as well as London
* Must have vehicle and able to drive
* This is a hybrid role, you will be able to work from home
The salary is in the range of £34K to £38K plus commission.
