As a Client Service Executive, you will provide indispensable support to the client service team in the delivery of effective project management.

Client Service Executives report to a Client Business Director and work as part of a designated client service team led by a Client Director and Client Manager.
Responsibilities
* Support: Provide day-to-day support to the client service team in the coordination and administrative management of client accounts and brand design projects.
* Administrative: Tasks include scheduling client meetings, internal briefings and creative reviews; capturing meeting notes; writing and circulating contact/status reports; up-to-date and accurate filing of project materials and presentations; as well as other ad hoc administrative activates that support the smooth and successful running of projects.
* Project Management: Assist with the day-to-day organisation and planning of internal resources to fulfil project requirements; generating and updating time plans, budget sheets and phase facts; eventually learning to write briefs and workplans for smaller workstreams as well as project estimates and proposals.
* Financial Tracking & Reporting: Opening and running projects through Paprika financial system (training to be provided).
* Creative Check: Assist in the review of creative work to ensure that it meets the brief; proofing artwork before release to client/printers.
* Strategic Research: Carrying out desktop research to help the wider team gain deep understanding of brand, consumer, competitive landscape, and market.
Experience Necessary
* This is an entry-level role, we will provide full training and do not expect any industry experience. We need you to be energetic, organised, detail orientated and passionate about brands.
* A genuine desire to work within the creative industry, specifically in brand, packaging, FMCG sector
