Working 36.5 hours per week.
The role is hybrid however the post holder would be required to work from Birmingham City Council buildings as business needs dictate.

To support on this journey, Birmingham’s Children and Families Directorate are recruiting a series of posts to the Education Infrastructure service. About the role
This is a key role within the Pupil Place Planning Team and will require coordination of activities across the wider Education Infrastructure Service aligned to the Business Plan. You will support the Principal Officer to support and deliver a wide range of responsibilities.
The key activities associated with the post will include:
* To develop and maintain high quality data management processes.
* To support the preparation of annual pupil number forecasts and a review of school place sufficiency.
* To work with internal and external partners in the management of school places.
* To support with the completion and submission of the annual School Capacity return.
* To adhere to relevant governance arrangements, policies and procedures.
The role will also involve working within a multi-disciplinary environment which will include engaging with Schools and Academies, Council's senior leadership, other Local Authorities and central government departments.
About you
More important to us than specific qualifications, is that you have an eye for detail, be organised, a good communicator (both written and oral) with enthusiasm for improving opportunities & outcomes for the children & young people of Birmingham. We will need you to be able to multi-task and work flexibly to cover gaps where necessary. Whilst we will help you to prioritise, we would want you to be able to work independently and problem solve confidently. We would like you to be a good collaborator who is able to listen and shape solutions with others.
