Description of the role: Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients to build trust and foster long-term partnerships. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Identify and leverage sales opportunities with existing customers to drive revenue and growth. Attend meetings and events with clients, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Report and address recurring customer issues, working proactively to implement effective solutions. Assist with various administrative tasks, including order and invoice processing, CRM maintenance, customer account setup, and return processing. Contribute to improving overall customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.
