A successful firm of chartered surveyors are exclusively working with Beach Baker to recruit an additional Building Surveyor within their busy office.
This company established 30-years ago, pride themselves on being a traditional firm of surveyors and have an excellent reputation in the local area. A lot of their work is from repeat business principally working with listed buildings.
The role will predominantly involve working on projects including private residential and estates, through to schools, hotels and Pubs.
The hiring manager is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor ideally with experience working on projects, however will also consider a residential or commercial survey background who is looking to expand their knowledge.
Having a keen interest in conservation and historic buildings is essential. Ideally, you will be living within 45-minutes from the Cotswolds. Relocators to the local area will also be considered.
