The main focus of the job is to provide high level contribution to the Sales organization by managing the products throughout the entire product lifecycle, including the identification of market needs, support of products setup to fit the demand, ans support the sales team to sell. This role balances and interacts with the leadership, supplychain, engineering, production, quality, regulatory, finance and sales & customer service ensuring the activities supports the company’s goals strategy and goals. The role will contain responsibilities of Marketing and Communication. This position shall be located in one of our sites in Cergy - France, Paignton - UK or Innsbruck – Austria, and reports directly to the MD Sales Europe. Essential Job Functions Translate Business Strategies into Product Strategies, including developing strategies and plans for introducing new medical devices in the target markets (Europe, MENA, APAC) Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market Collaborate with marketing and sales team, and provide strategies and tools to market the products Develop positioning and messaging to differentiate products in the market Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Supply-Chain and Regulatory to create sales and marketing materials, including technical information (spec sheets, technical data sheets etc), training and educational materials etc. Prepare and attend tradeshows and product exhibitions, support in product demonstrations Conduct product Trainings to internal and external customers Plan and carry out product launches and communicate the proposition to Sales (i.e. why customers should buy) Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape in the target markets Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market Gathering customer feedback, analyzing sales data, and market data Monitoring product performance, and identifying areas for improvement Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case Support the development team with any questions they may have Requirements Requires at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in business management, supply chain and operations management or another closely related field Background in an Engineering Discipline (or equivalent), preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics, or scientific background welcomed experience in Product management and/or Marketing with proofed success-stories Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Communication Skills, specifically the ability to convey technical information effectively in both verbal and written medium.
