Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited (KISL) are currenltly seeking an ambitious HR Administrator to join our People Team, based in Ashford, due to team growth. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing full end to end HR administration support to the Infrastructure division.
Responsibilities
* Produce administration support for employees regarding new starters, promotions, and pay reviews.
* Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partnering team, including but not limited to letters related to disciplinaries, grievances, maternity, redundancies, leavers etc.
* Input and maintain data in COINS in a timely and accurate manner.
* Liaise with the payroll team on monthly and weekly payroll changes.
* Produce contract for services (CFS) agreements and keep on top of contract expiry dates.
* Maintain the HR team’s electronic and paper filing systems.
* Systemise processes; using Zendesk, COINS, trackers to log the progress of administration tasks and ensure visibility of progress with the rest of the HR team.
* Act as the first responder within Zendesk to HR queries relating to your division.
* Support the Senior HR Administrator & HR Support & Systems Coordinator with reporting.

* Experience working in an office environment.
* An understanding of confidentiality and an ability to use discretion.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and be reactive to changing priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent Microsoft skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Adaptable and embraces change.
* An eagerness to learn and a natural problem solver.
