Purpose of the role: You will be a part of a Unified Communications consultancy team, responsible for the design, implementation and support of Cisco IP Contact Centre solutions for Cisilion customers. Project size will vary between 20 to 2000 users. Responsiblities Deliver full lifecycle services to Cisilion customers Capture customer requirements - design call flow and produce scripts Design and implement to customer requirements (Contact Centre that use voice, e-mail, video, text and IM as contact methods) Plan, design and implement the IP Telephony Networks Suggest and support the improvements for the IP Telephony Networks
