EU Labour Planning team is responsible to provide central guidance and projections for weekly planning input, translating the key strategic questions into projects and identifying requirements and relevant stakeholder groups. The Analyst - (Labour Planning) is responsible to develop insights from the historical trends, including reports and documents, share and interpret those learning with senior leadership. The Analyst is expected to actively explore and design scalable execution plans for long-term strategic planning opportunities and application of sound business judgement and identification of areas of opportunity within the process and the resulting plan. The Analyst is required to seek and deliver long-term improvement in the planning process by driving complex cross-functional projects. To perform as a Analyst in the labour Planning team within AMZL EU, the individual must have deep domain expertise across multiple functions that comprise the last mile delivery operations. They balance short term needs and responses to local challenges with long term goals and ensure standardization across regions. They solve ambiguous problems with significant benefit to the business, selecting and identifying the best sources of data. They have high judgement, excellent analytical and creative mindset to invent solutions for the existing problems. They are passionate about getting insights from data by systematically breaking down highly complex and ambiguous problems with ease. They can communicate ideas effectively to achieve the right outcome for their stakeholders and customers. Also, they can influence stakeholders, peers and hold stakeholders accountable to the decisions made. They have confidence in engaging diverse groups of stakeholders to recommend solutions, and own the implementation. This position requires high judgement, excellent analytical abilities and a creative mind to invent solutions to existing problems.
