What you'll bring to the team
Join Merlin Entertainments as the Range and Space Planning Manager and lead the charge in optimising our retail space across the globe. You’ll harness data to drive innovative range and space strategies, shaping merchandising principles that boost sales, margin and stock efficiency. Collaborating with key teams, you’ll make impactful recommendations to ensure our retail spaces deliver the best guest experience and commercial results. You’ll own space data for all retail units, using insights to refine product ranges, optimise space allocation and manage inventory levels to meet demand. Working closely with Buying, Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams, you’ll ensure our retail spaces are set up for success, both now and in the future.
As part of the new concept development, you’ll shape space strategies for exciting new retail openings and IP developments globally. Using data and trend analysis, you’ll drive decisions on the optimal number of outlets and layout designs to enhance customer spend and maximise performance.
