Purpose of Role
To support the sales team with efficient management of Key Accounts both customer facing and office based, through data analysis, analytical reporting, managing day to day customer queries, coordination of marketing assets and event organisation.
Person Specification
The role requires a self-motivated, forward-thinking individual, able to balance the daily demands of Key Account customers, forging strong relationships with Key Account Managers the wider sales team, and the wider business to exceed expectation. Experience in Microsoft Office is essential along with a proven track record in excellent customer service.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing key accounts.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

* Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer needs are fulfilled effectively.
* Manage and solve day to day issues with customers to support Key Account Managers.
* Work with Key Account managers to negotiate pricing and product queries.
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to deliver on account objectives.
* Analyse and prepare key account data to support customer review meetings.
* Coordinate events with the sales team and suppliers utilising the development kitchen facilities.
