In a nutshell, this role will:
1. Develop, implement and oversee the long term Fundraising strategy of Orange Sky including the following functions (and leaders of each):
o 1-1 stream including corporate partnerships, grants and philanthropy
o 1-many stream - including events and community fundraising and individual giving/regular giving, supporter experience and CRM management
o NZ - including all fundraising streams and related activities
2. Oversee, manage and review campaign delivery across different streams
3. Clearly communicate and set department and individual priorities, ensuring the success of your direct reports and wider team
4. Collaborate and assist the team with budgeting, forecasting, board reporting
5. Lead and contribute to relevant Senior Leadership Team events, as well as attendance to board meetings, speaking to relevant results
6. Demonstrate excitement to continue building Orange Sky’s continuous improvement, brand and development of sustainable revenue streams through your delivery and actions
7. Be an Orange Sky person and lead that culture across the team and broader organisation as well as representing the organisation externally as required
