What's happening at Exemplar Health Care
Well done, it's a pass!
When Alan first moved to Acer Mews, he was unsure about using his mobility scooter and hesitant to go out
With the help of some fun 'mock driving lessons' around the home, he recently completed his first full trip to the local town centre ️
To celebrate, the team surprised him with his very own 'Mobility scooter licence,' which he proudly carries in his pocket
It's incredible to see the difference this new-found independence has made, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to support Alan on this journey

Creating lasting memories at Woodside Place - Exemplar Health Care
We welcomed the lovely children of our colleagues to come and plant a time capsule at our new care home in Telford
Before taking a sneak peek inside the home, they wrote letters and took photographs which will be opened in 10 years-time.
An amazing way to preserve 2024 for our future residents to look back on

Thanks to the Metro Access Bus team, we took a trip to The Wonkey Donkey sanctuary in Knottingley with Wheldale Heights
Everyone enjoyed petting the donkeys and then settling down for a scrumptious hot chocolate and cake at the cafe
We're delighted to hear that our visit to the sanctuary has contributed to the vet bills and food for these wonderful rescue animals
