Main duties of the job With the changing circumstances of modern mental healthcare, the ability to adapt and demonstrate new ways of working is essential. You will have experience of working in General Adult Psychiatry and have great interpersonal skills working with colleagues to work collaboratively with our team managers, and to provide leadership and clinical expertise to our highly skilled and committed multidisciplinary teams.
