As we continue to scale, we are searching for a Senior Talent Partner to play a high-impact role in building our world class team. This position offers the opportunity to shape hiring within one of the world’s most exciting deep-tech startups, working at the forefront of quantum computing innovation.
What you’ll be responsible for:
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will be responsible for the full hiring lifecycle across the breadth and depth of the business, from quantum science to commercial strategy, engineering and executive appointments. You’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership, ensuring we attract, engage and hire world class talent.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring deep expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and hiring process optimisation to ensure scalability as we grow. You will also play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and hiring process and creating a best-in-class candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
* End-to-End Hiring: Lead recruitment across all functions, including technical, commercial and executive hiring.
* Talent Strategy: Work closely with the broader talent team to define hiring priorities, align talent strategy and refine processes.
* Stakeholder Management: Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights, market intelligence and best practices to drive hiring success.
* Employer Branding & Talent Attraction: Enhance our presence in the deep tech talent market, ensuring we attract the best candidates globally.
You will need 6+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in technical hiring, preferably from a search or an in-house background.
Strong search skills are essential, including expertise in Boolean, X-ray, talent mapping and proactive pipeline building. You’ll need a data-driven mindset, using insights to inform hiring strategies, improve processes and make impactful decisions. You should be comfortable collaborating with hiring managers and exec teams, developing strategies while managing multiple searches efficiently.
Excellent communication skills are essential, and you should thrive in a dynamic work environment. No prior knowledge of quantum computing is necessary.
