This company is a vibrant, dynamic, strategic insight consultancy specialising in Payments and Business Technology with ambitious plans for growth. They help their clients de-risk, prioritise, and streamline decision-making by providing insights from their customers, competitors, and market dynamics across different areas of their business, such as Strategy, Product Development, and Marketing.
As the business continues to grow, they're seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support the leadership team and ensure the smooth running of key business functions.
Role Overview:
This is a varied and pivotal role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple functions, including finance, HR, marketing, and office management. You'll be a key point of support for the leadership team, helping to ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Support:
* Manage staff expenses and senior staff’s expense forms.
* Perform bank reconciliations and update cash flow regularly.
* Enter invoices, payments, and receipts into Sage200.
* Prepare suppliers’ payment runs and handle credit card statement distribution.
* E-file invoices, bank statements, and other financial documents.
* Reconcile supplier statements and chase outstanding ones.
* Track contractor invoices and assist with sales invoicing as needed.
* Address payment queries and manage the accounts inbox.
HR Administration:
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Maintain employee records and coordinate HR documentation.
* Support with organising internal and external training.
Marketing Administration:
* Assist in managing the content calendar and marketing materials.
* Coordinate marketing campaigns and events as needed.
Office Management:
* Maintain inventory of refreshments, stationery, and office/kitchen supplies.
* Ensure smooth daily office operations, including layout and kitchen management.
* Handle mail, package distribution, and the company’s main line/enquiry inbox.
* Organise office events and annual activities.
* Complete ad hoc assignments as required.
About You:
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Teams.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
* Experienced in working across multiple business functions, with a background in administration, finance, or HR being a plus.

Ideally, they are looking for someone to work between 24-32 hours per week. They are flexible on hours/days for the right person (Monday-Friday); however, the role will require attending the London office 2 days each week, ideally Tuesday and Thursday.
They offer a salary of FTE £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (to be prorated based on time) depending on experience, plus pension and benefits.
They would ideally like someone to start the week commencing 17th February 2025; however, they are flexible by 1-2 weeks after that date.
