What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Leading Business Analysis workstreams for medium to large-scale projects
2. Engaging with executives and senior management to drive change
3. Delivering progress reports with the right level of insight for leadership
4. Reviewing and coaching Business Analysts at all levels
5. Facilitating stakeholder workshops and progress meetings
6. Driving continuous improvement across the department
7. Managing small teams, planning workloads, and providing expert guidance
What We’re Looking For:
1. 5+ years of senior-level Business Analysis experience, preferably within London market
2. Experience in core insurance processes, systems, and regulatory bodies
3. Strong knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g., Project Online, Jira)
4. Proven track record of large-scale project delivery
5. Expertise in Agile methodologies and Continuous Improvement practices
6. Experience managing outsourcing or third-party partnerships
7. Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively, and mentor junior team members
