We are looking for a hungry, driven, career focused Lettings Negotiator to join a client of Kenny Recruit. Kenny Recruit's client are a fast growing, luxury student accommodation company. They offer a variety of different sized houses and flats, they ensure that the service on offer to the students is of a high standard and look to give a hotel feel to their level of service with high end fixtures and fittings within the accommodation. As the Lettings Negotiator, you will report into the Lettings Manager but also have the support of the National Lettings Manager. You will be responsible for letting out the portfolio of properties, you will create adverts, you will arrange tours as well as looking after the admin. You will ideally have an interest in property, you will be looking to develop yourself as well as being eager to implement change and put your mark on the role. Due to the high volumes of properties that are being let out, you will need to be able to multi task, work at a fast pace and be hungry for more as development is on offer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has begun their career within property and for someone who is looking to grow. Pay: £23,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience) discretionary bonus and benefits Location: Liverpool Working Hours: 9am - 6:00pm (5 days in the office) Responsibilities: Manage the sales process end to end Marketing houses via portals Project manage and assist in the staging of professional marketing photos Creating adverts, whether this be on Spare Room, Instagram, Facebook or looking at other ways of reaching a target audience Handling advert responses Conducting own viewings Negotiating rents Managing and organising our student ambassadors Carrying out inspections Arranging contracts and move ins Updating systems, documents and general administration Working closely with the property management team and maintenance team to help resolve tenant issues Working closely with the marketing department to come up with ideas to help build the brand Helping to ensure payments are coming in and deposits are paid Helping to streamline processes Requirements: Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle Previous Lettings experience An ambitious individual with a drive to succeed alongside a can-do attitude Must be able to work effectively in a team - good communication skills are vital Excellent time management skills Must be able to work effectively in a team Next Steps… Shortlisted candidates will obviously be contacted for this specific role and if you haven’t heard from us within a week, please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
