Job Description
Duties and tasks of the Assistant Management Accountant:
3. Responsible for the production of month end close process
4. Management accounts budget preparation and forecasting
5. Detailed KPI and variance analysis with commentary
6. Preparation of financial summary and create packs for the Board
7. Payroll journals and control account reconciliations
8. Assist with internal and external audit
The Successful Applicant
Experience required as the Assistant Management Accountant:
9. Experience in discussing budgets and forecasts and presenting figures to budget holders
10. AAT Level 4 studier or working towards CIMA/ ACCA
11. Excellent communication skills
12. Desirable - experience in the not for profit, public sector company or keen to enjoy working for a values led organisation
