Or an experienced Transaction/Business Manager, Sales Manager or similar who is looking for their next challenge Our client, a family-run dealership, representing a leading volume brand, is seeking a Transaction Manager to join their team. This role offers fantastic progression opportunities within a supportive environment, based in Southampton. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Transaction Manager: Manage the entire sales process from deal negotiation to final contract signing, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. Work closely with finance and insurance departments to secure financing options and ensure compliance with all regulations. Provide guidance and support to the sales team, assisting with deal structuring, pricing strategies, and closing techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Coach and mentor sales staff, helping them to develop their skills and progress within the dealership. Ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with legal requirements and dealership policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Work with the inventory team to ensure the right mix of vehicles is available to meet customer demand. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and transaction efficiency. The Package: Basic Salary: £30,000 £55,000 OTE Over Performance Bonus.
