Job summary Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Estates Officer who will be based in the Estates Department at Duncan Macmillan House, Nottingham, NG3 6AA. The post holder is required to play a proactive part within the Estates Operational Management team to meet Trust objectives in a safe, cost effective, efficient manner in compliance with legislation and good practice. Main duties of the job As an Estates Officer, the post holder will report directly to the Estates Engineering Building Services Manager and provide effective management and leadership support for Estates Operational Maintenance, Additional Works, Capital Backlog and Maintenance Services, supported by performance management arrangements. You will encourage team working by providing the varied skills that support the department's philosophy and flexible working. Training will be available in elements required but the post holder will need to have sound engineering skills, working across all Trust sites to maintain various building related systems, plant and equipment.
