The Role
They are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Consultant to join their growing advisory team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the built environment, data-driven decision-making, and client engagement. You will work closely with clients to provide strategic insights that help shape the future of their assets and projects.
As a key member of the team, you will assist with client engagement, research, and analysis, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations. You will also contribute to the development of their wider advisory service, supporting frameworks and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing and facilitating a variety of client engagement activities, including workshops, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, positioning our client as a trusted advisor.
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, distilling technical and strategic findings into clear, concise, and impactful reports.
* Contribute to the growth of the advisory service by collaborating on the development of strategic frameworks and client advisory initiatives.
* Support digital transformation and innovation in the built environment, applying industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner.
* Solid interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Good knowledge of the built environment, project lifecycle, and Building Information Modelling (BIM).
Desirable:
* Experience in a consulting or client advisory role.
* Proficiency in PowerBI and GIS.
* Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO19650, and an understanding of concepts like smart cities, digital twins, and the golden thread.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
