Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school community in Southampton. Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
2. Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that supports all learners.
3. Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance pupil learning and wellbeing.
5. Engage in the wider school community, contributing to extracurricular activities and school events.
6. Uphold safeguarding responsibilities to ensure the safety and welfare of all pupils.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
3. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
4. Excellent classroom management skills and a passion for inspiring young learners.
5. A commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork.
