Our Client is currently looking for a Customer Service Planner in Lincoln. Candidates must be available to start on 3rd February, with no leave for the first three weeks due to training requirements. Interviews will take place during the week commencing 20/01/25. The role is based in Lincoln, with 37 hours per week, including shifts between Monday and Sunday, including bank holidays, on a rota basis. Operating hours are between 7 am and 9:30 pm. There is an opportunity for temp to perm, with a salary of £23,143. The role is office-based initially, with the possibility to work on a hybrid model once probation is passed, which may take around 5-6 months.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of a business-critical service to ensure that both planned and reactive work is scheduled to meet business performance targets (Service, Serviceability, Quality, and Risk) and systems are updated with work activities.
* Take ownership of today’s and tomorrow’s work schedules to ensure that all work is completed within the agreed timescale.
* Prioritise and deploy reactive work according to the priority matrix to field resources via telephone, complying with health and safety guidelines. Ensure resources have the availability to complete the work and remove any work that cannot be completed.
* Escalate to relevant teams where high-priority work cannot be deployed.
* Contact both internal and external customers to keep them informed and realign expectations.
