* Ensure a clear shared vision for excellent progress, pastoral support and a culture of high expectations within the key stage.
* Strategically lead and co-ordinate pastoral support
* To engage with parents to build and maintain positive relationships with the community and maintain excellent records of intervention, supporting the graduated approach to pastoral support
* To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential;
* To share and support the academy’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
