Master's degree or equivalent qualification. HCPC Registered Allied Health Professional. Senior-level management experience, including people and financial resource management. Proven track record in managing diverse and complex operational services. Experience in service development, facilitating change, and working within multidisciplinary teams. Strong business planning, budget management, and policy/procedure writing experience. Project management experience. Ability to analyse data, use evidence-based practices, and implement benchmarking. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and balance competing demands. Ability to travel within Swindon/Wiltshire and occasionally nationwide. Willingness to participate in the Trusts on-call rota.
