Job Description The Area Coordinator for Residence Life shall be responsible for coordinating and overseeing residence halls within various areas of campus. The AC will perform functions related to all areas of Residence Life, including serving resident students, supervising undergraduate or graduate Resident Assistants, and developing educational/social programming initiatives. Due to the live-in nature of the position, an on-campus apartment and meal plan are included in this positions compensation package. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Human Services, Social Work, Ministry, or related field and a minimum of two years’ undergraduate student leadership experience related to Student Services or Residence Life. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in College Student Affairs, Education, Counseling, Human Services, Social Work, Ministry or related field; supervisory experience with undergraduate or graduate students; and a minimum of two years’ professional experience working within Student Services or Residence Life.
