This role is fully office-based Monday-Friday (9 - 5 PM) with one late shift per week, and one Saturday shift per month Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and inquiries. Contact clients, process contract renewals, and send out essential documents. Transfer data to and from spreadsheets. Handle and triage calls, transferring them to the correct department or specific individuals. Guide clients through services, terms, and conditions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the professional services industry. Strong communication and customer service skills.
