Our client is a leading waterproofing systems provider who service both commercial and residential properties all over the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy: Design, Develop, and Deliver an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with Proteus Waterproofing’s business goals.
• Content Creation: Work closely with external marketing agencies to develop and produce engaging content for platforms like websites, social media, email campaigns, and brochures.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media management, to ensure high performance and consistent delivery.
• Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation strategies that support the sales team and enhance the sales pipeline.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent design and communication of brand messaging across all channels.
• Event Management: Organize and manage company events, trade shows, and exhibitions, ensuring a professional and effective delivery.
• Collaboration: Work with the sales team to align marketing activities with business development goals, supporting delivery of successful lead nurturing and conversion.
• Agency and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and other third-party providers to ensure smooth delivery of marketing materials.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations to continually improve performance.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
• Degree in Marketing
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and office software (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Suite).
