Construction Project Manager
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Project Type: Social Housing Refurbishment & EWI (External Wall Insulation)
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Approach Personnel are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a social housing refurbishment project in Bournemouth. This role will involve managing the refurbishment of residential properties with a focus on EWI (External Wall Insulation) and other related works. This is a 3-month contract with the potential for future opportunities depending on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the project from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers involved in the refurbishment and EWI works.
* Oversee the day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Liaise with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reports.
* Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
* Resolve any issues or delays on site to ensure smooth project execution.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in social housing refurbishments.
* Experience with External Wall Insulation (EWI) projects is essential.
* Strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety standards, and construction processes.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Full UK driving license.
* SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid at Work.
