Role Overview:
As the Inbound Sales Lead Senior/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the inbound sales strategy, guiding a talented team of sales representatives to convert qualified leads into successful customer relationships. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in managing a high-performing team, improving sales processes, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of inbound sales strategies and a passion for achieving exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a high-performing inbound sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and support.
2. Develop and execute inbound sales strategies to generate revenue, increase conversion rates, and drive company growth.
3. Analyse sales performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
4. Work closely with marketing to align sales efforts with inbound lead generation campaigns.
5. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure sales processes are optimized and scaled.
6. Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual and team goals, and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
7. Oversee lead qualification processes and ensure efficient conversion from inbound leads to opportunities.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team's approach remains competitive and effective.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in inbound sales, processing and converting sales leads, with a track record of managing and leading high-performing teams.
2. High volume sales conversion experience.
3. Experience with medium value / volume of leads.
4. Experience of handling both web and telephone leads.
5. Processing leads/orders through dedicated IT systems (ie Jumptech).
6. Managing an EV survey process.
7. Managing payment taking processes from customer.
8. Liaising with Booking Team and Engineer Management.
9. Responsible for SLA management and adherence (customer).
10. Responsible for SLA management and adherence (lead provider).
11. Exceptional communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
12. Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
13. A strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in day-to-day sales operations.
14. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
15. Experience working in a B2B environment is highly desirable.
16. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
17. Knowledge of relevant sales technologies and tools (e.g., CRM, sales automation platforms).
