As the Lead Make-Up and Trend Artist at Urban Decay, you will be a true brand ambassador, driving our 'Be Fearless' manifesto through our stores to ensure that our teams and customers embrace their pure, unapologetic individuality.
You will be a creative self-starter who isn't afraid to break the boundaries with makeup artistry and brand storytelling whilst driving elevated client services across our stores. With an innovative consumer-centric mindset, you will enhance the online and offline client experience whilst engaging our Beauty Advisor population via in-class and virtual training.
Joining us...
1. You will have a strong creative skill set, demonstrating a genuine passion for educating and coaching teams with application, creation, and execution of make-up looks.
2. Inspiring the Beauty Advisors and customers to be fearless and break the boundaries in their approach to make up, expressing individuality and taking control of their identity.
3. Delivering regular trainings to drive KPIs of our Beauty Advisors in stores including one-to-one trainings and larger scale season schools.
4. Be the ambassador for UD's 'Rock Star' service model, role modeling best practice, spotting opportunities, and feeding back to Regional Education Manager and National Retail and Education Manager.
5. You have a true passion for all things beauty, keeping up to date with all current trends which you are able to bring to life offline to inspire our retail teams, helping them to drive sales across the counters.
6. You will have a digital mindset with a creative and fun energy, actively engaging with social media trends to create content across social media platforms to effectively attract audiences.
7. Utilising our internal One Retail system for BAs to drive engagement levels with our store teams.
8. Holding a variety of events to drive sales and CRM, including on-counter trend events and larger scale national events.
9. You must be comfortable with extensive travel across the UK & Ireland.
