Experienced Contact Centre Migration Business Analyst required for an immediate start!
Overview:
- Duration: 6 months
- Outside IR35
- Rate: £400-425 per day
- Hybrid: 1-2 days per week on site
Requirements:
1. Contact centre migration experience
2. Cisco UCCX
3. Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
4. NetCall - Voice Bot and Liberty Converse platform would be highly desirable
5. Local Authority experience (preferable)
