Our end-to-end, transactional marketplace platform centrally serves business leaders who need amazing consulting and professional services partners to advance cloud software adoption, data management, data engineering and related analytics capabilities fast. You are a high-integrity salesperson who loves the challenge of sales, and you treasure building genuinely valuable human relationships that yield game-changing business outcomes for all parties. You also love learning and sharing so others can learn from you, and you strive for excellence every day.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES
* A passion for technology and sales
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
* A focus on lead generation (little to no closing)
* Comfort with achieving 3x-5x quarterly OTE within 12 months
* A natural ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external)
* A sense of “do what it takes” urgency and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
* The ability to thrive in a startup environment of rapid, unpredictable change
* Seeing from the customer's view, i.e., the problems and opportunities that MeasureMatch can help them to solve
* Quickly rationalizing and learning from change to business/personal situations
* A results and goals-driven operating style
* Collaborative and coachable mindset - you should be excited about continuously improving your skills, your professional growth and your business impact on revenue growth
THE ROLE PROVIDES THESE OPPORTUNITIES
* Building a revenue pipeline by driving client account signups or by setting introductory meetings with ideal customer profiles
* Research and build new and existing client accounts through rigorous outbound efforts and by creating/executing strategic email, phone and social campaigns
* Conduct analyses of prospects’ businesses and engage with these prospects by phone, email or face-to-face
* Apply effective communication skills, and collaborate directly with customers, sales and leadership
* Fast-paced learning, from both successes and failures, in an early stage startup environment
* Ownership of the initiative to get important work done, try new things (it’s ok to fail) and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with the company
