Job Description
Join our team as a Breakfast Chef at a hotel on the Suffolk coast, featuring an award-winning golf club on site. We are part of a small, family-run group of hotels, country clubs, and spas. Our hotel offers guests a range of delicious classic dishes in the main restaurant and bar area.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure the breakfast service runs smoothly, catering for an average of 50 plated covers.
2. Assist with lunch service in the bar area, handling lighter meals and snacks for approximately 50-60 covers.
3. Monitor portion control and waste to maintain profit margins.
4. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety for yourself and your team.
