Working directly with customers to ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately, and working with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and up to date information is required, the role is crucial in delivering an excellent customer experience. Job Description Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (shipping, delivery, etc) meet quality and safety standards. Managing all shipping and transport paperwork, streamlining where possible Processing of customer orders Liaising with the production and despatch team to ensure we meet our on time deliveries Communicate with the Operations and Sales teams to identify opportunities to ship goods earlier than the customer order requires or to advise where the customer requirement cannot be met prior to acknowledgment. There will be a requirement to help out in the warehouse where required with picking and packing on occasions Person Profile A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
