As an IT Project Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of IT Projects across the business. Ensuring projects are on track, chasing updates and progressing tasks with relevant managers and departments to ensure the success of IT Projects. Supporting the IT Team by organising resources, providing feedback on project performance, and organising team meetings and events. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities Project Planning: responsible for helping to establishing project plans, setting project scopes, determining timelines, defining tasks, and developing corresponding schedules. Project Documentation: ensuring all project documentation is up-to-date, consistent, and easily accessible and handed off to Support. This includes collecting employee timesheets, organising project files, and reporting progress in a timely manner. Support: to provide the project team with the support needed to succeed. This includes offering administrative, and/or communication assistance as requested. Overall, must possess a range of abilities, including communication, organisation, problem-solving, and collaboration. Also a need to be detail-oriented and able to work both independently and in groups.
