A leading SaaS technology company is seeking a Performance & Culture Business Partner to support its EMEA leadership team. This role will drive people-focused strategies, aligning performance management and company culture with business objectives. Operating as a strategic advisor, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with the Performance & Culture (P&C) team to foster a high-performance and engaged work environment.
2. Provide strategic guidance on benefits, compensation, performance calibration, and organizational development.
3. Work closely with legal and regional P&C teams to refine and implement policies.
4. Build strong relationships with senior leaders, including the Chief People Officer, Finance, and assigned business units, to drive key people strategies.
5. Oversee performance improvement initiatives and coaching strategies for people managers.
6. Analyze HR data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
