For more information, please visit the FDH Aero website. We are seeking a Sales Representative to support the company’s UK sales goals through effective sales techniques and strong customer service. Responsibilities: Answer incoming sales calls via telephone, written inquiries and fax requests Promote and effectively sell company products and services Generate customer quotations in a timely manner in response to customer RFQ’s Carry out a detailed contract review of customer orders/contracts in accordance to the company’s quality procedures, prior to accepting orders Enter customer PO’s/Contracts into ERP system, archiving relateddocumentation according quality procedures Understand and respond to customer delivery needs by interfacing withinternal personnel Understand and support established sales policies and procedures to provideproper and effective treatment to customers Relate new product ideas and stock replenishments to management forevaluation Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner Attend/facilitate on and offsite customer reviews Attend Industry trade shows to generate new leads where necessary Perform other related duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience with Aerospace sales or experience working within a sales environment Educated to a GCSE level in English and Maths is essential Foreign language skills is desirable but not essential Company basic ERP knowledge and internet browsing FDH Aero is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
