You will support our UK entities in all aspects of day-to-day Operational and Project Quality Management, looking at Onshore Wind (operational/construction), Solar PV (operational/ construction).
What you will do
* You will be responsible to develop and maintain our internal & external audit program.
* You will take IMS ownership to ensure compliance and continued accreditation with the support of relevant business stakeholders.
* You will be responsible for designing quality standards, procedures and specifications for the company.
* You will be responsible for reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current guidelines.
* You will be responsible for maintaining documentation of procedural changes.
* You will be required to prepare performance reports for relevant stakeholders.
* You will collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards.
* You will ensure regulatory compliance, ensuring that all processes meet safety, legal and other national or international standards.
* You will own the management of Non-conformances alongside relevant business stakeholders.
* You will support the facilitation of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance processes.
* You will provide quality training, enhancing employees' understanding of quality systems and processes.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Knowledge & experience in ISO 14001, 45001 & 9001 (internal auditing certificates).
* Experience in IMS (Integrated Management Systems) maintaining and developing.
* Proven experience as a quality professional (renewables experience desirable).
* A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
* IOSH Managing Safely.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively influence and support both internal and external stakeholders.
* Prioritise/manage a diverse workload and meet targets and deadlines.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
