Job Role:
Acting as an Assistant Headteacher with a focus on teaching and learning strategies.
Supporting the Headteacher in the day-to-day running of the school.
Leading and mentoring teaching assistants and classroom staff in your role as Assistant Headteacher.
Working closely with the SENDCO to ensure that all pupils' learning needs are met.
Developing and implementing Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) as an Assistant Headteacher.
