The Service: West Heath Houseworks with people who have to cope with a range of cognitive, physical and/or emotional symptoms following a severe brain injury. Rehabilitation is based on a neurobehavioral approach and focuses on enabling service users to function more independently and to participate in as many of their previous roles and activities as possible, while developing their lives with privacy, dignity and respect. Main duties of the job MAIN PURPOSE: To take responsibility for the health care needs of individuals in the service ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained and delivered. To lead, develop, direct, and supervise the nursing team and Rehabilitation Support team to support, guide and enable people we support with brain injury in the performance of daily living functions and the development of personal skills and potential.
