We are seeking a committed individual to work as part of the Clinical Leadership team to promote nurse-led psychosocial interventions and implement the vision for inpatient care. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a programme of individual and group psychosocial interventions and regularly evaluating the impact of interventions incorporating patient and carer feedback. This will require proactive engagement with patients/families and carers to build positive working alliances to support the provision of psychosocial interventions.
