Louis Vuitton is seeking a client-focused professional with expertise in Men Ready-To-Wear (MRTW) within our London network.
As an Expert Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special focus on Men's Ready to Wear, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need and guide them across the Brand, delivering the best Client experience and conveying your passion for the product. You will be the voice of your category for Clients and the team in the store. You will proactively reach out to your Clients to achieve individual and team goals as well as develop the business of your category.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Be an Exceptional Client Advisor & Technical Expert
1. Achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for the sales results of your category.
2. Lead by example by consistently remaining the Top Seller in your category.
3. Maintain a strong, in-depth, and highly technical expertise of your product category to drive performance.
4. Welcome every Client and enhance their experience, setting the example of the best Client experience.
5. Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on your product category to Clients, supporting team members with detailed information.
6. Be a strong style advisor for your Client, assessing their style and matching with product recommendations.
7. Demonstrate an active, genuine passion and strong enthusiasm for your category.
Drive Commercial Performance of the Category In-Store
1. Analyze and drive your product category forward, aware of individual and store targets and KPIs each month.
2. Partner with the Manager in charge of your category; provide feedback to Head Office on product performance and market trends.
3. Create and implement specific action plans to drive the business and maximize product performance.
4. Nurture a thorough knowledge of the competition through monthly competitor shops and remain informed of industry developments.
Support & Train the Store Team on the Category
1. Partner with the learning Manager to develop selling skills and product knowledge in the store.
2. Use your product expertise to communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information.
3. Review product performance and coach Client Advisors to develop bespoke action plans.
4. Observe the team during the selling ceremony and partner with them to introduce your product category.
Client Development
1. Develop and implement clienteling strategies and action plans for your category.
2. Spot high potential clients on the floor and develop event ideas focusing on your category.
3. Demonstrate leadership in clienteling, knowing and developing Clients for the category.
4. Manage your own portfolio of Clients, demonstrating best-in-class clienteling actions.
5. Proactively recruit new Clients and manage a wide portfolio of potential Clients.
