Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement engagement strategies to enhance student participation and success
2. Collaborate with other stakeholders to identify and address student engagement challenges
3. Organise and facilitate activities to promote student involvement
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
5. Maintain accurate records of student engagement activities and outcomes
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a similar role within the education sector
2. Relevant degree or qualification
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organisational and time management abilities
