My client specialises within the Corrugated Packaging Industry
The Role:
1. Primary point of contact and building long term relationships with customers
2. Management of a set of key accounts and house accounts
3. Clear communication via phone and email to customers
4. Updating and overseeing new projects
5. Liaising with the design and production to oversee jobs
6. Raising specifications and to estimate them
7. Send quotations to customers
8. Ensuring all emails are dealt with and responded to in a timely manner
9. POD/Invoice requests
10. Generating reports for customers
11. Stock reports
12. Delivery schedule
13. Current pricing
14. Liaising with board suppliers
15. Obtaining special pricing
16. Ensuring the timely arrival of material for priority jobs
17. Conduct soak tests
18. Sales order entry
19. Raising purchase orders for suppliers
20. Upsell to existing customers
21. Sourcing of new business
22. Regular communication with all accounts and notifying where spend drops
23. General Administrative duties not limited to the above
24. Working Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm
